President Barack Obama sat down with Matt Lauer for a pre-superbowl interview today. They touched on a few different topics such as the mess in Iraq and Afghanistan, the stimulus package and football, to name a few. He came across as relaxed and was pretty funny. Lauer was funny too, he ribbed Obama throughout the interview. Near the end of it, Matt held up a recent issue of Us Weekly and joked about how the President had been cut off the cover and replaced by Jessica Simpson, to which he responded "who's in a weight battle apparently."
