An emergency swine-flu debate in the House of Commons was called Monday night after a request by the federal Liberals and NDP, who accused the Harper government of incompetence.

Of course the harpercons are incompetent! Their only concern is power Power so as to destroy this once ahead of the curve Country, Canada. When will folks realize this fucker hates his own Country?
